Join the Supplier Onboarding team within the GBS Data Office and collaborate with a diverse international team to provide timely, effective services across the company. We are seeking a proactive and collaborative vendor managed services analysts to help us achieve our Bold Ambition 2030.

Accountabilities

As a Supplier Onboarding Specialist, you will ensure supplier data is accurately processed and maintained within our systems, enabling compliant purchasing and financial operations across AstraZeneca. You will guide business users through the supplier onboarding journey in ServiceNow (NextGen), troubleshoot challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with teams in Third Party Risk Management, Data Management, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Purchase to Pay. This role primarily supports AstraZeneca users in America but offers opportunities for professional development in a global environment.

Essential Skills/Experience

- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. Previous experience in a training or stakeholder relationship role would be beneficial.
- Language proficiency (required): Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate clearly with global stakeholders and produce well-structured documentation.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach to issue resolution, attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills.
- Understanding of the Buying process (Purchase to Pay) and third-party party risk assessment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: supplier onboarding, buying, data management, or accounts payable processes.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, MDG/SAP with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
- Confident when speaking and presenting to small groups internally for knowledge sharing.
- Previous experience in a shared services centre or an internationally set up organization.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, pivots, etc.
- Previous experience with other supplier onboarding systems would be advantageous.
- Ability to apply (Gen)AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Co-Pilot, internal ChatGPT solution, etc.) in daily job or in specific projects would be advantageous.

Desirable Skills/Experience

- Language skills: Portuguese proficiency (verbal and written) to support interactions with Portuguese-speaking stakeholders.
- Experience with Coupa P2P (Supplier/Procurement modules), including supplier onboarding, requisitions, POs, invoicing, and reporting.
